One thing would be followers. You can be a bad leader with followers, but you can’t really be any kind of leader without followers.

Please, read the news and than the comments below posted on that page, which I think show what people think of today’s leaders. It is interesting that in the past, one who would not quit, never, was considered a solid material for a leader, and today this person is cheered to be a good leader after he quits!
